Retail management built around the way your business operates.

eRassen is a web-based retail management system that brings sales, products, inventory, purchasing, customers, suppliers, reporting, staff, and branch access into one structured environment.

Built for supermarkets, grocery retailers, and growing retail businesses that need more clarity across day-to-day operations.

From product movement to operational visibility.

Retail operations begin with products and inventory, extend through purchasing and suppliers, continue through sales and customers, and ultimately connect to expenses and reporting.

eRassen structures these workflows within one system, while roles, permissions, and branch access help define who can perform each part of the work.

Team & Branch Control

A point of sale connected to the rest of your operation.

Create sales within the appropriate branch, select products and quantities, and associate a customer when account context is needed.

The sales flow supports recorded cash and card sales, credit sales, and partial payments using supported payment methods.

Authorized users can review sales history, open transaction details, review recorded payments and returns, and print or reprint the original sale receipt.

When a return is recorded, the related inventory quantity is restored according to the transaction.

A structured catalog that is easier to manage.

Manage core product data including SKU, barcode, category, unit, selling price, and active status.

Search the catalog by product name or SKU, and use exact barcode lookup when fast product identification is needed.

eRassen also supports product categories, units, and packaging options defined as multiples of the product’s base unit.

For larger catalogs, authorized users can preview and import product data from supported CSV or XLSX files.

Know what you have, where it is, and when it needs attention.

View stock quantities by branch together with minimum stock levels and low-stock or out-of-stock status.

Authorized users can make manual stock adjustments while the system prevents changes that would reduce stock below zero.

More structured stocktaking

Create a stocktake session for a branch, record physical counts, recount when necessary, and review differences before committing the reconciliation.

If inventory activity changes after a count is recorded, eRassen requires a recount before the stocktake can be committed.

Opening inventory

Authorized users can preview and import initial branch stock from supported CSV files.

Manage purchasing and supplier activity in one operational flow.

Record purchases against the appropriate supplier and branch, add products and configured package quantities, and record an initial paid amount when needed.

Purchases update branch inventory, while authorized users can later record purchase payments and purchase returns.

A clearer view of each supplier

Maintain supplier records and review purchases, payments, returns, opening balances, and current account position.

Supplier accounts also support opening-balance settlements and a chronological operational statement.

Keep customer sales and payment activity connected.

Create and manage customer records, associate customers with sales when needed, and review their sales, returns, payments, and remaining balances.

Authorized users can record later payments against outstanding sales and manage customer opening balances and settlements.

During checkout, permitted staff can create a new customer without leaving the POS flow.

Turn recorded activity into clearer business visibility.

Expenses

Record expenses by branch, category, and date, with optional descriptions and references.

If an expense needs to be reversed, authorized users can void it with a recorded reason while preserving the historical record.

Operational reporting

Reporting covers recorded activity across sales and sale returns, purchases and purchase returns, expenses, recorded payment activity, COGS, operational gross profit, operational net profit, inventory valuation, customer receivables, and supplier payables.

These are operational reports, not formal accounting statements.

Supported report sections can also be exported to CSV.

A quick view before you go deeper.

The dashboard provides an operational overview including product counts, visible inventory quantities, low-stock indicators, sales counts, and sales activity.

When more detail is needed, users can move from the overview into the relevant operational reports.

Give each person the access they need for their role.

Create staff accounts and define the roles and permissions they need inside eRassen.

Custom roles can be created and maintained, with editable starting templates available for several common responsibility sets.

Authorized administrators can also grant or revoke branch access for non-owner staff.

Branches are part of the operating model, not just a label.

Many key workflows in eRassen operate within branch context, including sales, inventory, purchasing, and staff access.

The system checks branch access before protected branch-based actions are completed.

Some customer and supplier account views remain business-wide by design, helping maintain a clear overall balance view across the business.

Structure POS shifts when your operation requires them.

Permitted cashiers can open and close their own shifts, record opening cash, closing cash, and review expected cash and discrepancies.

A branch can also be configured to require an open cashier shift before a POS sale is completed.

Shift reports provide visibility into recorded sales, payment totals, expected cash, and closed-shift differences.

Access control goes beyond the interface.

Roles, permissions, authenticated business context, and branch access are part of how protected business operations are controlled inside eRassen.

The system applies server-side permission and branch checks across the inspected business workflows.
