Privacy Notice

This notice covers the public Arabic and English eRassen website and its Demo Request flow. It does not describe data handled inside a customer’s eRassen product account, which may be governed by separate commercial terms and product documentation.

When you request a demo, we receive the information you choose to submit so that the eRassen team can understand your business and contact you.

• Name, business name, business type, and number of branches.
• Preferred contact method, phone number, and email address where provided or required by that preference.
• An optional message and the Arabic or English locale used for the request.
• Limited technical request identifiers and operational records needed to validate submissions, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, and avoid duplicate processing.

We use Demo Request information to review the request, contact you through your selected method, discuss your needs, and arrange a manual product demonstration. We also use limited technical records to secure the form, preserve submission integrity, investigate failures, and prevent repeated or abusive requests.

Submitting the form does not create an account, start a trial, complete a purchase, or automatically activate the eRassen product.

Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, hosting, and transactional email providers only as needed to operate the website, store the request, and notify the eRassen team. The public website does not currently use an authorized analytics, advertising, tracking, CRM, or marketing-automation system.

We do not sell Demo Request information. We may disclose information when required to protect the website, enforce applicable agreements, or comply with a valid legal obligation.

Demo Request and operational records are kept according to the time reasonably needed to review and follow up on the request, protect the form, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable obligations. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period; a formal retention schedule must be approved as part of launch operations.

The website uses technical controls including input validation, rate limiting, request deduplication, and restricted server-side data access. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so information should not include unnecessary sensitive details.

You may choose not to submit the Demo Request form. If you do submit it, provide accurate contact information and avoid including confidential information that is not needed for the request. Questions or requests about submitted information can be raised through the verified public contact address once it is published below.

This notice may be updated when the website, Demo Request process, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
