Legal
Website Terms
These terms govern use of the public eRassen website and its Demo Request form. They do not by themselves create a subscription or grant access to the eRassen product.

Using this website
You may use the public website to learn about eRassen and submit a genuine Demo Request. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.
Product information
Website descriptions provide general information about the current eRassen product direction. Features, availability, commercial terms, and pricing may change and must be confirmed during the sales process or in a separate written agreement.
Illustrative product visuals and example data are demonstrations of product design and workflow context; they are not claims about a visitor’s business results.
Demo Requests
Submitting a Demo Request asks the eRassen team to review your information and contact you manually through your preferred method. It does not guarantee a response time or demo date and does not create an account, begin a free trial, complete a purchase, or activate service.
Commercial use of eRassen
Any paid, trial, or production use of eRassen would require separate confirmation and, where applicable, separate commercial terms identifying the contracting party, service scope, fees, and applicable legal terms. This public website does not replace such an agreement.
Intellectual property
The eRassen name, website content, product visuals, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Except for ordinary viewing and use of the website, no right to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials is granted without permission.
Availability and external services
The public website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. Links or connections to external services are subject to those services’ own terms and availability. The website is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, eRassen is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this public informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the website and launch arrangements develop. The current version will be published on this page. The legal contracting entity and governing-law terms for commercial service must be confirmed in the applicable customer agreement before commercial launch.
